This is for

and their Supernatural Movie Crossover Contest. I used it, in part, to explore the incredible talents of Drew Struzan [link] , who has done some of the most iconic movie posters of our generation. He's awwwwesome. If you don't know who he is, you're not. Awesome, that is. But did I really need an excuse to paint the babes from Supernatural, mashed with one of my favorite movies? Not so much!

I aped Struzan's technique and layout digitally, using PS7 and a smattering of ref. It was uber-fun. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Detail shots :

~Blade Runner is a fanTAStic movie directed by Ridley Scott, based on the Philip K. Dick book "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?", which is also very much worth the read.

This is just...WOW! I adore Drew Struzan, and if I didn't know better, I could have easily mistaken this for his work! I'm speechless, this is amazing.
